Since the late 1940’s, the Mechatrobot industry has gained worldwide popularity. But even though, the Mechatrobots were still too big in size, and even if they were built in humanoid form, they looked too mechanical and clumsy like machining tools.

These Mechatrobots were also imported to Japan, but as their size was too big for a small country, it has failed to gain popularity not only in the industry, but also to the general public. But in 1957, ‘Chubu Mechatronics’, a Japanese company, announced a revolutionary small-sized Mechatrobot for the first time in the world.

The WeGo is the world’s smallest Mechatrobot which was designed to be used for children’s school commute in under-populated areas and for various recreational purposes. ‘Chubu Mechatronics’ will continue to announce new Mechatrobots that will make everyone smile with happiness.
